Every year, Inflexion brings together its senior People Leaders from across its portfolio to share experiences and hear from expert speakers on relevant topics. This year the group heard about the evolving role of the People Leader, human capital planning and reporting in a PE business, how the latest changes in employment law might impact their business and navigating the people side of growing a business globally. The event ended with a chance to network and share their own experiences with one another.
