Freddy is a Partner and Chief People Officer at Inflexion, responsible for talent both within the firm and across our portfolio.
Freddy joined Inflexion from CDC Group, where she built out CDC's People & Organisational Performance team. In that role she supported Chairs, CEOs and executives with their talent, HR and organisational needs across 30 portfolio companies.
Before CDC, Freddy was an entrepreneur and operator, founding businesses in training and staffing, and serving on the boards of several education and talent companies. She began her career at WPP in the US and has since built her working life across the UK, France, Spain and Kenya.
Freddy holds a BA from the University of Oxford and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Once an avid hiker, skier and traveller, Freddy now spends most of her free time running around after her two energetic young boys.
