About us

We were founded by John Hartz and Simon Turner in 1999 with a spirit of restless ambition which endures today.

Like the businesses we back, we have also grown. Today we provide capital from £10m–£500m for a minority or majority stake in high growth businesses across all sectors. With over 170+ professionals, we are proud to have one of the largest mid-market teams, meaning we can truly work closely with the businesses we back.

Having built Inflexion from scratch, we have great empathy with the businesses we invest in and support. Everyone here has an entrepreneurial eagerness to unpick things and explore new angles, to assess how we might improve what we do.
