The Inflexion Foundation strives for a brighter and more sustainable future.

Its core aims are to enhance the prospects of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and to protect the environment. We focus on achieving these through education, sports, the arts, and conservation.
The Inflexion Foundation supports charitable organisations through long-term strategic partnerships and grants. A matched-giving programme is available internally and for our portfolio companies.

Annual Review 2024

We were delighted to donate £2.3 million to 20 organisations in 2024. The Inflexion team raised £335,000 and offered significant pro bono support. Our work with a growing number of charities strengthens our belief that the best outcomes come from combining financial support with active partnerships and long-term commitment.

We are proud to provide long term funding to a range of charitable organisations:

  • The Foundation inspires significant engagement across our team. Much of Inflexion is directly involved in supporting our partner charities through fundraising and pro bono work at a firm and personal level, spreading awareness of these organisations' crucial work.

The long term support from the Inflexion Foundation has provided financial stability allowing us to plan our three-year strategic growth, creating longer term sustainability for the charity.

    Co-Founder, Kinetic Foundation

The Inflexion volunteers were extremely organised in preparing workshops. I was really impressed with how driven and enthusiastic each volunteer was to deliver a high-quality experience for our students.

We are so grateful for the effort that Inflexion put into both the fundraising and the walk every year, and the fact that they have raised £650,000 for us in three years alone is astonishing.
