Inflexion is working with the Medik8 management team to scale the business further through enhancing their digital routes to market, with a data lake improving analytics and boosting the high growth D2C channel. Inflexion's international experts have supported launches in the US, with a new team built out to drive Amazon and D2C sales. Inflexion’s talent team sourced an NED, Chair and CEO and supported an organisational redesign to support the founder’s succession plan.
Inflexion supported significant investment into a new innovation centre built by a net zero construction company in 2022, and Inflexion’s ESG team supported Medik8’s successful B Corp certification.
