Inflexion, a leading European mid market private equity firm, is pleased to announce that it has won Growth and Buyout Fund of the Year at the 2026 GP Bullhound Allstars Awards.

The Allstars Awards recognise and celebrate achievements in the European technology industry.

During the judging period, Inflexion invested €2.8 billion into nine investments across Europe. The firm announced eight exits, including the sale of its majority shareholding in premium, global skincare brand Medik8 to L’Oréal Groupe, with Inflexion retaining a minority shareholding in the business. During Inflexion’s four-year investment, Medik8 achieved significant global growth, tripling headcount and more than quadrupling sales, expanding across Europe and Australia, and strengthening its US presence, with US revenue share increasing sevenfold.

Alongside its investment and exit activity, Inflexion successfully closed Buyout Fund VII at its hard cap of €4.5 billion after six months in the market. The fund surpassed its initial target of €3.75 billion and is significantly larger than its predecessor, Inflexion Buyout Fund VI, which closed at £2.5 billion in 2022. The firm raised its first Continuation Fund at £2.3 billion, making it the largest multi-asset continuation fund raised in Europe.

Inflexion also continued its international expansion with the launch of a North American office focused on supporting transformational M&A for its portfolio.

This award reflects the strength of our platform and the ambition of the European mid-market businesses we back. During the judging period, we have continued to invest behind exceptional companies, support transformational growth and deliver successful outcomes. We are proud of what we have achieved alongside our management teams, investors, advisers and our network, and are excited to build on that momentum.
