Marcus is an Investment Director responsible for originating, executing and managing majority and minority investments across the mid-market with a particular focus on financial services. Marcus has worked on our investments into ATG, Ocorian, Auxadi and Finanzen amongst others. Marcus joined Inflexion in 2018 and has worked across all three fund strategies as well as supporting Inflexion’s North American market expansion in 2025.
Before joining Inflexion, Marcus worked at Barclays Investment Bank in their Investment Banking department, advising on a number of M&A and capital raising transactions across a number of end markets.
Marcus has been involved in a number of pro bono initiatives at Inflexion and outside the firm, having been a longstanding committee member of the Inflexion Foundation as well as a trustee of Chickenshed since 2025.
Marcus holds a masters from the London School of Economics and outside of work, enjoys discovering new music, travelling, and attempting to convert enthusiasm into ability on the golf course.
