Marcus is an Investment Director responsible for originating, executing and managing majority and minority investments across the mid-market with a particular focus on Financial Services. Marcus joined Inflexion in 2018 and has worked across all three of Inflexion's fund strategies, and is currently supporting Inflexion’s North American market expansion in 2025.
Before joining Inflexion, Marcus worked at Barclays in their Investment Banking Division, advising on M&A and capital raising transactions across a range of sectors.
Marcus has been involved in a number of pro bono initiatives at Inflexion and outside the firm, having been a committee member of the Inflexion Foundation between 2022-25 as well as a trustee of Chickenshed since 2025.
Marcus holds a Master's degree from the London School of Economics and outside of work, enjoys discovering new music, travelling, and attempting to convert enthusiasm into ability on the golf course.
