About
Inflexion and founders carved out Finanzen.net from Axel Springer and integrated portal, broker and software platform into a single, growth focused D2C trading platform.
Initially Finanzen.net Group consisted of three divisions: high-growth low-cost digital investment platform, also known as a neobroker, called Zero, a capital markets information platform called Finanzen.net, and a trading software platform for semi-professional retail investors called TraderFox. The investment has brought the portal and broker together to form a single user journey, helping to lower customer acquisition costs and unlock significant growth potential by accelerating portal to broker conversion.
Value acceleration
Germany’s relatively low retail investment rate means there is a strong ongoing focus on launching additional saver and investing products, and boosting conversion from media to brokerage, leveraging data and user insights to improve customer acquisition efficiency and lifetime value.
Inflexion also helped shape the foundations for data and AI-driven decision-making, with the implementation of a central data warehouse and enhanced user analytics. The business is supported by a refreshed leadership team.
