As Business Change Manager, Lisa works with investee companies and their management teams to accelerate growth through operational and strategic change.

Lisa started her career at PwC in both the Deals Advisory and Strategy & Data Analytics teams, helping companies leverage their data to make impactful decisions. Before joining Inflexion in 2021, she took a sales-focused role at WeWork, facilitating the expansion of the brand across EMEA including France, Germany and Spain. She oversaw the German portfolio, working together with the Head of Sales developing the go-to-market strategy and addressing pricing dynamics in a very competitive landscape.

Outside work Lisa enjoys many sports including running, cycling and hiking.

She holds a BSc in Management from the London School of Economics.
