In 2022, Inflexion led the buyout of SteriPack (now Ensera), a leading global contract manufacturer serving the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors.  

Ensera provides outsourced design, development, manufacturing, assembly, packaging and supply chain services across a range of products. The company employs over 650 people across its locations in Ireland, Poland, Malaysia, the UK and the US, and serves over 100 global clients.

Value acceleration  

Inflexion is helping Ensera (formerly SteriPack) to scale further, with the acquisition of Kinneir Dufort expanding its capabilities globally and creating a European Design & Development Centre of Excellence.

Inflexion is supporting Ensera to evaluate further acquisition opportunities, while Inflexion’s Healthcare Advisory Board is also supporting Ensera on its growth journey.
