Value acceleration

Our initial investment included the simultaneous complementary acquisition of SiteStream Software, a software supplier to construction companies based in Surrey, UK and Missouri, US.

During our partnership, we invested heavily in Tekton’s infrastructure, consolidated its operations and expanded its sales force. We also supported the company’s acquisition of New York-based Wilcomp, enabling Tekton’s objective of expanding its footprint in the US.

As a result of our investment and strategic guidance, the business saw its profits increase by 50%, while employee numbers grew by over 16%.
