Inflexion backed the business in October 2009.
Inflexion worked closely with NAHL’s ambitious management team to implement strategic changes that have driven the company’s impressive growth over their five-year partnership. Together they created ‘The Underdog’, an animated marketing campaign which drove a 50% increase in enquiry volumes in 2013 compared to pre-Underdog levels.
During the period of our investment, NAHL’s earnings grew by around 30%.
