Mycom provides its software solutions to more than 40 top-tier telcos worldwide, assuring the experiences of two billion-plus subscribers. In addition to its London headquarters, Mycom has offices in the US, France, UAE, India, and Singapore. It provides the first service assurance solution run from the cloud and uses a subscription model that has been commercially deployed at scale to a loyal client base.
