The company

Founded in 2008, CloserStill has established a leading position by providing world-class content and attracting large, high-value audiences. The global exhibitions market is one of the most important business-to-business marketing channels, with CloserStill boasting excellent renewal rates in this space. Inflexion’s Partnership Capital investment will support further organic growth as well as facilitating continued innovation through ‘geo-cloning’ successful events in other markets and facilitate targeted acquisitions.

We supported management to continue its successful strategy of geo-cloning across three continents, which supported growth in exhibitors and delegates. We also backed eight acquisitions during our partnership, including Learning 2018 in the US and iLearning Forum in France, and organically supported launches in Singapore and New York.
