In 2025, Inflexion’s Partnership Capital III fund made a strategic investment in Baker Tilly Netherlands, a leading accountancy and advisory firm. 

Baker Tilly Netherlands is an independent member of Baker Tilly International, one of the 10 largest accountancy and consultancy networks globally. Baker Tilly provides audit, accountancy, tax and various types of advisory services in 141 countries. Inflexion will make a minority investment into Baker Tilly Netherlands to support its ambitious growth plans.
