The business benefits from a strong domestic reputation, a diversified service offering and long-standing client relationships.

Value acceleration 

The investment is supporting an ambitious consolidation strategy, with the acquisition of Baker Tilly Belgium within the first year of partnership helping the business expand regionally. This was supported by Inflexion’s experience in building scaled, people-led businesses while preserving culture and client focus. The business has already acquired regionally.

AI is being leveraged within Baker Tilly’s audit function, and the leadership team has been built out with the appointments of a Chief Transformation Officer, M&A Director, Head of Data and interim CFO, as well as new roles created including Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff.
