YER is a leading Netherlands-based specialist secondment and recruiting agency. In 2023, Inflexion’s dedicated minority fund Partnership Capital II invested in YER to support the business's growth journey. 

Founded in 1987, YER offers high scarcity talent in undersupplied fields such as engineering, IT, public sector and finance to a range of specialist end market verticals. The business has over 1,000 clients including ASML, Bosch, KLM, VDL, Tennet and Rabobank, and operates internationally from ten local offices in the Netherlands, three in the USA, three in Germany and one in Belgium. 

Value acceleration 

Working closely with the founder and management team, Inflexion is supporting the growth of YER’s domestic business, US operation and expansion into new European geographies, both organically as well as via M&A. Since the start of the partnership with Inflexion, YER has already completed two strategic acquisitions in Germany.  

Inflexion is well placed to support the growth of YER and will leverage its deep sector experience, following successful investments in FDM, K2 Partnering Solutions, Red Commerce, Sparta and Calco.
