Professional services firm Rhead Group made four acquisitions during its minority partnership with Inflexion before its sale to UK listed Costain Group plc. 

International professional services consultancy Rhead built a strong track record delivering large infrastructure programmes for the energy, power generation, defence, transport and utilities sectors. Managing a portfolio of major capital projects, the company serves clients all over the world.

Value acceleration 

During our partnership with Rhead we worked closely with the management team to build out the team further and support four transformational acquisitions. These helped to increase Rhead’s geographic reach and broaden its offering and customer base. Two of these acquisitions were in the Australian market, creating a strong presence in this key region. At the time of exit, Rhead had offices in the UK, Australia, Singapore and the UAE.  Inflexion also undertook a digital audit to identify areas of improvement in systems and processes, which ultimately assisted in the appointment of a new Information Technology Director.
