British Engineering Services Group is a provider of premium quality inspection, testing, certification and compliance (TICC) services. Inflexion carved the Engineering Inspection & Consultancy division of RSA Plc out in 2015 and reinvested in 2021. Today British Engineering Services Group has over 1,000 highly trained Engineer Surveyors and Consultant Engineers, strong customer support systems, and a wealth of technical expertise.

Value acceleration 

Inflexion’s expertise in the TICC sector and M&A experience are valuable as British Engineering Services Group consolidates its market. The initial five years of partnership with Inflexion transformed British Engineering Services Group into a unique asset of scale, with significant investment into various areas of the business seeing a fully integrated back office built and the team strengthened. Management also worked with Inflexion’s digital team to create a best-in-class tech-enabled service, while 16 acquisitions expanded British Engineering Services Group's offering, including 11 since the 2021 reinvestment.
