We collect and analyse relevant data from every company and encourage them to adopt similar longlisting and interviewing practices. Portfolio Chairs regularly discuss pertinent issues, and we promote connection and cross-collaboration through Inflexion-hosted events. These events include the annual Diversity Exchange for rising female talent across the portfolio and our People Leaders event for our Chief People Officers and HR Directors.
