With a strong culture of collaboration, we invest in our team through buddying, mentoring, training, and networking programmes.

We also actively encourage diversity and inclusivity throughout our portfolio. We collect and analyse relevant data from every company and encourage them to adopt similar longlisting and interviewing practices. Portfolio Chairs regularly discuss pertinent issues, and we promote connection and cross-collaboration through Inflexion-hosted events. These events include the annual Diversity Exchange for rising female talent across the portfolio and our People Leaders event for our Chief People Officers and HR Directors.
