2023 ESG REPORT

Partnering for positive change

We collaborate with our portfolio companies  to address critical environmental, social, and governance issues, ultimately enhancing their businesses. For us, this is responsible investing. The 2023 Inflexion ESG Report outlines our approach to ESG within the firm and how we manage ESG across the portfolio.

Giving back

Charitable giving has always been an important part of who we are at Inflexion. In 2018, we formally established the Inflexion Foundation to focus on two main aims: helping young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and protecting the environment.

Much like growing a business, ESG is a journey. We look to support our ambitious partners to scale their businesses in a sustainable way that benefits all stakeholders.

John Hartz

Managing Partner, Inflexion

ESG is a fundamental part of the investment process for Inflexion, from reviewing potential opportunities, throughout the hold period, and right through to exit. It is integral to our identity and is at the forefront of everything we do as a firm.

Richard Swann

Partner, Inflexion

As Inflexion expands its footprint across Europe, it gives us an opportunity – and a responsibility – to encourage a more sustainable approach to growth. Private equity is in a unique position to help drive long term positive systemic change.

Simon Turner

Managing Partner, Inflexion

In order to make positive change in our portfolio, we feel it is critical to lead by example on ESG. This is why we have set our own net zero targets and diversity KPIs, and are using leading external frameworks to guide our approach.

Jennie Galbraith

ESG Director, Inflexion
