Peach radically simplifies complex video advertising workflows and distribution, automating processes so video advertising can be sourced, checked, reformatted and delivered for TV broadcasters, online publishers and social media platforms in seconds. From the same online platform, users can track which media owners and broadcasters their ads have been sent to.

Peach checks, transcodes and sends video ads to TV, on-demand, online, social channels and agencies in over 150 countries. Its proprietary platform provides the only global, integrated view of video advertising that is distributed to online, social, linear broadcasters and advanced TV platforms. Coupled with broadcast-grade quality control and scalable cloud-native technology, 5,000 clients trust the business to connect them with media platforms in more than 100 countries. With a team of over 200, in 42 offices around the world, Peach is a local experts on every aspect of ad distribution.

The Inflexion difference

Inflexion’s international offices and M&A experience have been supporting Peach in achieving its growth plans. The Inflexion team has supported the business on the ground in China, as well as in executing three bolt-on acquisitions in Europe and Latin America - the merger of Group IMD with UK-based Honeycomb in late 2017, the acquisition of AmasV in 2020 and, most recently, the acquisition of Adtoox in 2021 to extend Peach’s geographical reach into the Nordic region. Inflexion has also assisted the management team to develop their proposition and to explore expansion opportunities in other market segments and geographies. Most recently, Peach has acquired two businesses, AdValidation and Cape, to enhance its digital and social creative and workflow capabilities.
