In 2016 Inflexion backed the buyout of Group IMD, a global market leader in the provision of distribution workflow to the global video advertising industry. Group IMD merged with Honeycomb in 2017, subsequently relaunching as Peach in 2019.

Inflexion’s international offices and M&A experience have been supporting Peach in achieving its growth plans. The Inflexion team has supported the business on the ground in China, as well as in executing its first bolt-on acquisition in Europe; the merger of Group IMD with Honeycomb in late 2017. The combined business was subsequently rebranded as Peach in 2019. Inflexion has also assisted the management team to develop their proposition and to explore expansion opportunities in other market segments and geographies.
