Inflexion backed the buyout of Flooid, a market leading cloud-based unified commerce software  provider for retailers. Inflexion supported Flooid's transition to a SaaS business model before it was sold it to a Japanese listed trade buyer in 2023. 

Flooid is a global leading cloud-based unified commerce software provider predominantly supporting the retail industry. Inflexion backed the buyout of Flooid in 2017 (then PCMS), before selling its investment in 2023 to Glory Global Solutions (International) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tokyo-listed GLORY Ltd.   

Value acceleration 

Inflexion’s support enabled Flooid to undergo a major period of change with significant investment into the product offering, supporting its successful transition to a SAAS model. A number of new international clients were won with the support of inflexion, enabling Flooid's customer base to expand to over 15 countries across Europe, North America, and South Africa.
