Inflexion carved-out Marlowe's GRC assets in 2024, with the investment made from Buyout Fund VI.  

Founded in 2019, GRC provides software and tech-enabled services to manage business risks and ensure customers remain compliant with legal & regulatory standards. Axiom GRC provides a holistic compliance offering with a range of subscription products with specialist offerings for both SMEs and large global enterprises. 

Value acceleration 

Together with Inflexion’s support, the newly carved-out Axiom GRC will pursue an ambitious organic growth strategy through cross-selling of services, launching new software and investment in sales and marketing. This will be complemented by M&A to broaden the product offering and support international growth.
