In 2022 Inflexion led the buyout of SteriPack, a leading global contract manufacturer serving the medical device, pharmaceutical and diagnostic sectors.   

SteriPack provides outsourced design, development, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, sterilisation and supply chain services, producing a range of products. The company employs over 650 people from its locations in Ireland, Poland, Malaysia, UK and the US, and has over 100 global clients.  

Value acceleration  

Inflexion is helping SteriPack to scale further, with the acquisition of Kinneir Dufort helping to expand its capabilities globally and creating a European Design & Development Centre of Excellence.  

Inflexion is supporting SteriPack to evaluate further acquisitions opportunities, while Inflexion’s Healthcare Advisory Board is also supporting SteriPack on its growth journey.
