CMS Payments Intelligence (CMSPI) is the go-to-payments adviser for global merchants. It has more than tripled its EBITDA with Inflexion’s minority funding since 2021, with digital enhancement a core focus.  

Inflexion originally made a minority investment into the specialist consultancy in 2021 and subsequently increased its shareholding to a majority with the support of the founder.  

Value acceleration  

Inflexion is supporting management to develop its data strategy/capability and proprietary technology, incorporating machine learning to better help its merchant client base identify and drive improvements within their payments supply chain performance. This enhanced capacity has allowed CMSPI to grow and mature its data lake as the business continues to work with larger, global clients. In parallel, Inflexion has supported the business in building out its C-Suite as the business scales internationally, opening new offices in the US, Germany, and Australia.
