Xuan is responsible for helping portfolio companies expand their operations into Asia. With exceptional knowledge of Chinese commerce and culture, he provides vital support services to businesses across all sectors, helping to research, assess and establish commercial partnerships as well as build on-the-ground teams.

Xuan previously worked for Italian private equity firm Cape Naxitis followed by French mid-market fund MBO & Co before joining Inflexion in 2012.

Xuan speaks several languages and is passionate about music. In his free time he plays the flute in an amateur wind orchestra, the saxophone and the clarinet - although not all at once.

He was educated in France, Italy and China, gaining qualifications in sustainable development, modern languages and business, including a masters in Financial Engineering.
