Xingdi is a Talent Analytics Manager in the Value Acceleration team, leading data analytics and AI initiatives in the talent domain.
Prior to joining Inflexion, Xingdi worked as a Data Science Manager at Unilever.
Xingdi holds a Bachelor’s degree from University College London and an MPhil in Computational Archaeology from the University of Cambridge. She is currently pursuing a second master’s in Computer Science at the University of St Andrews.
Outside of work, Xingdi is passionate about tennis, ballet and museums.
