Xingdi is a Talent Analytics Manager in the Value Acceleration team, leading data analytics, and AI initiatives in the talent domain.
Prior to joining Inflexion, Xingdi worked as a Data Science Manager at Unilever after completing a management trainee programme. She had various experience in data and AI across supply chain, customer development, and people analytics.
Xingdi holds a Bachelor’s degree from University College London and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, where she focused on Computational Archaeology. She is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of St Andrews.
Outside of work, Xingdi is passionate about tennis, ballet and museums.
