Sam is a member of Inflexion’s Legal and Finance team, where he focuses on governance and a range of operational matters across the Inflexion Group and its Funds.

Sam served as a Royal Marines Commando for nearly a decade before moving into financial services, primarily within banking. Prior to joining Inflexion, he worked at HSBC Bank plc, where his role spanned both the bank and its Global CIB business, working closely with the board, independent non-executive directors, and executive management.

Away from the office, Sam enjoys spending time with his family, walking their Labradoodle and a wide range of sports.

He studied with the Chartered Governance Institute (formerly ICSA) and Bristol Management Centre.
