Sam is a member of Inflexion’s Legal team, where he focuses on corporate governance across the firm and its funds and portfolio companies.
Before joining Inflexion, he served as a Royal Marines Commando for nearly a decade, before transitioning into financial services. He then joined the Corporate Governance team at HSBC Bank plc (Non Ring Fenced Bank), supporting the bank’s board and its committees, and working closely with executive management and independent non executive directors on a wide range of governance matters.
Away from the office, Sam can usually be found with his family or walking their Labradoodle, and he enjoys most sports and staying active.
He studied with the Chartered Governance Institute (formerly ICSA).
