Rory is responsible for evaluating and executing transactions, as well as supporting the origination of investment opportunities across Industrials and Business Services sectors.
Rory joined Inflexion in 2026 from Graphite Capital, where he worked on new investments as well as managing and selling portfolio companies in the Industrial Services, Education and Recruitment sectors.
Prior to this, Rory worked in M&A for nearly 6 years, most of that in Rothschild & Co's Arrowpoint team in London.
Outside of work, Rory enjoys anything travel, sports, music, food or friends related - whilst continuing a lifelong search for balance.
Rory holds a BCom (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Otago in New Zealand and passed the CFA exams.
