Richard is a Compensation Controller responsible for company payroll, the operation of staff incentive schemes, and assisting with compensation and tax projects.

Prior to joining Inflexion, Richard spent four years in Deloitte’s tax service line advising a range of clients across the Asset Management industry on their remuneration and incentive offerings.

Richard holds a MChem in Chemistry and is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser.

Outside of work, Richard is a keen traveller and board games enthusiast.
