Since I joined Inflexion in 2006, the company has trebled in size. We’re constantly growing and evolving and I’m always learning, which I love. No two days are the same, which really motivates me.

Rachel has a real sense of fun and loves a bit of trampolining.
Rachel joined Inflexion in 2006. Previously PA to the two Managing Partners, Rachel now assists our Operations Director, Kirsty Tikerpae.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys cooking for friends and family and entertaining her young son. She has a degree in psychology from Warwick University.
