Phillip is an Assistant Director in the Value Acceleration team, where he works with CIOs and management teams across the portfolio to unlock technology‑driven value in the Enterprise IT space.
Prior to joining Inflexion, Phillip worked at private equity firm Aurelius, where he supported multiple portfolio companies through turnaround and growth phases and coached technology leaders and boards to deliver measurable value. Before moving into private equity, he held senior IT leadership roles across the UK and Europe, focusing on enterprise systems modernisation, digital transformation, carve outs and strengthening IT operating models.
Outside of work, Phillip enjoys family time, outdoors pursuits and following "The Magpies".
Phillip holds a MSc in Computer Science & AI and a BA (Hons) in Business Management.
