Melissa is a Director in Inflexion's Investor Relations team.

Prior to joining Inflexion, Melissa spent eight years at Actis in the Investor Development Group. She was a Principal responsible for fundraising and co-investments across their private equity, energy and real estate funds. Before that, Melissa worked as a Manager in the Banking & Capital Markets division at PwC, covering the audit of alternative asset investments for Goldman Sachs.

Melissa is an advocate for inclusion and diversity in private equity, and was a member of the I&D Committee during her time at Actis.

Melissa is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc (Hons) in Management (Accounting & Finance) from the University of Manchester.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys trying new restaurants, practicing yoga and spending time with her family. She is also an avid traveler, having grown up internationally between the US, Europe and Asia.
