Maurits is part of the Benelux investment team, based in Amsterdam, where he focuses on identifying and supporting investments across the region.
Prior to joining Inflexion, Maurits spent several years at HAL Investments, where he gained broad investment experience, including minority partnership deals. He also spent considerable time working within one of his portfolio companies to execute improvement projects.
He holds cum laude bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam, with a background in Data Science and Economics.
Outside of work, Maurits is a sports enthusiast with a particular passion for cycling, golf, and just about anything on (but not under) the water.
