Martin is an Assistant Director responsible for evaluating and executing transactions and supporting the origination of investment opportunities in the Healthcare sector.

Prior to joining Inflexion in 2024, Martin spent four years at Advent International, where he focused on investments within the Healthcare sector, including Advent's investment in Mediq and take-private of Sobi. Martin also spent time as Head of M&A and Strategy at NNIT, where he managed the divestiture of its IT infrastructure outsourcing division. He began his career in M&A at Rothschild & Co and Credit Suisse.

He has an MSc in Finance & Private Equity from London School of Economics and a BSc in Economics & Business Administration from Aarhus University and National University of Singapore.

Outside work, Martin enjoys outdoor sports such as skiing, hiking and football – he is currently trying to get his daughter to take up similar interests, with varying degrees of success. He is also a keen traveller, amateur cinephile and continuously disappointed Man Utd supporter. Martin is a Danish citizen and speaks most Scandinavian languages.
