As CRM Manager, Maria is responsible for enriching the value offering of Inflexion’s data. Tailored to the private equity use-case, she focuses her time on building a robust data structure and facilitating an environment for data adoption.

Prior to joining Inflexion, Maria worked as a Data Specialist at HgCapital in the Portfolio Talent Team. There, she implemented data strategy for the recruitment process and network mapping of c-suite professionals.

Maria is originally from Australia so naturally enjoys sunshine, fresh produce and the beach. As London lacks at least two of the three, Maria’s interests have pivoted to travelling, photography and gardening.
