Lucy provides PA support to the Value Acceleration Team.

Prior to Inflexion, Lucy spent 7 years at Growth Capital Partners where she was an EA to the Partners and Private Equity Deal team.

Outside of work Lucy’s son and Staffordshire Bull Terrier keep her on her toes. Lucy enjoys an active lifestyle with Pilates, weightlifting and dance and is a qualified Classical Mat Pilates instructor and Level 3 Personal trainer.
