I was excited to join such a collaborative and welcoming group of people operating in a complex and high-performance environment. It is a privilege to work in a business environment where real action is taken to give back to the community, including through the work of the Inflexion Foundation.

Josh is Head of Tax, responsible for all fund, transactional and corporate tax structuring and reporting.

Prior to joining Inflexion, Josh was Head of International Tax at Apollo Global Management, where he established the non-US tax function from its inception covering a broad range of tax matters through Apollo’s international expansion, fundraising initiatives, and investing. Josh started his career with Ernst & Young where he specialised in advising private equity and hedge fund businesses throughout the corporate group and investment product lifecycle. At EY he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser.

Outside of work, Josh is a keen runner and hiker. Josh read Law at King’s College London.
