John is a Partner and Head of Healthcare for Inflexion where he is responsible for leading the origination and execution of majority and minority investments in this sector.
Prior to joining Inflexion, John was a Partner at Arsenal Capital Partners in New York, leading multiple healthcare transactions and serving on the firm’s management and sector investment committees.
He previously spent ten years with Baird Capital in the US and UK, investing in digital, software and data‑driven healthcare businesses, having begun his career in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Outside work, John enjoys time with his young family, ambitious distance running and playing the guitar. He is a Board Director at Red Door Community, a leading cancer support charity, and Music for Autism, which organises interactive, autism‑friendly concerts.
John holds graduate degrees from Harvard University and Northwestern University, and a BA with Honours from Michigan State University.
