Outside work, Hannah enjoys travelling, playing tennis and is a keen skier.
As Legal Counsel, Hannah is responsible for supporting the General Counsel and investment teams across transactional, legal and regulatory matters for the firm.
Prior to joining Inflexion in 2022, Hannah spent six years at Latham & Watkins in London, where she focused primarily on private equity and cross-border M&A transactions for large and mid-market institutions across Europe and the US.
Hannah is dual qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and Australia and holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Western Australia.
