Hadass is an Assistant Director working with investee companies and their management teams to help drive growth and maximise value.
Prior to joining Inflexion in 2025, Hadass spent three years in the Operations Advisory team at Aurelius. During her time at Aurelius, she gained significant experience working with portfolio companies and management teams across a range of sectors and value creation initiatives. Before this, Hadass spent several years in Deloitte Consulting in Amsterdam, focused on large scale transformation programmes, having started her career in the Financial Services Assurance division at Deloitte in Johannesburg.
Outside of work, Hadass enjoys travelling and exercise, especially skiing.
She has an honours degree in Accounting Science from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a Chartered Accountant.
