Hadass is an Assistant Director working with investee companies and their management teams to help drive growth and maximise value.
Prior to joining Inflexion in 2025, Hadass spent three years in the Operations Advisory team at Aurelius WaterRise, an international complex situations investor. During her time at Aurelius, she gained significant hands-on experience working with portfolio companies and management teams across a range of sectors and value creation initiatives. Before this, Hadass spent several years in Deloitte Consulting in Amsterdam, focused on large scale transformation programmes, having started her career in the Financial Services Assurance division at Deloitte in Johannesburg.
Outside of work, Hadass enjoys travelling and exercise, especially skiing. Having learnt to ski later in life, she continues to put her resilience to the test at the top of each slope.
She has an honours degree in Accounting Science from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a Chartered Accountant.
