Gil is a Managing Director in Inflexion's Partnership Capital team, where he focuses on creating flexible minority equity solutions for ambitious entrepreneurs, families and sponsors.

Prior to joining Inflexion, Gil spent close to 15 years at Blackstone and General Atlantic, gaining broad pan-European experience designing tailored capital solutions to support the growth of both private and public companies.

Outside of work, Gil enjoys sport, travel and spending time with his three children.

He holds a degree in Business Engineering from Solvay Business School, Brussels.
