Emma is Marketing Director.

Prior to joining Inflexion in 2025, Emma spent over 12 years at Alantra and Catalyst Corporate Finance, where she was Head of UK Marketing. She started her career at Martin Currie Investment Management.

Outside of work, she’s often found juggling three books at once, perfecting her hand embroidery, or swapping her needle for a golf club.

Emma holds a MSc in Investment Analysis from the University of Stirling and a BA in International Relations from Keele University.
