Emma provides PA support to the CFO, as well as the finance and legal teams.

Before joining Inflexion in June 2025, she worked in financial services, specialising in talent acquisition at Actis and Brevan Howard, and previously held a PA role at Cerno Capital. In a former life, you might even have caught her treading the boards on stage.

She holds a degree in Theatre Studies from Lancaster University and a Level 5 National Certificate (Honours Degree equivalent) in Professional Acting from The Oxford School of Drama.

While her love for the arts is still strong, these days most of her spare time is spent trying to keep up with - and entertain - her two young children.
