Inflexion is pleased to announce it has led the buyout of SteriPack Group Ltd, a leading global contract manufacturer serving the medical device, pharmaceutical and diagnostic markets. The investment is being made from Buyout Fund VI which closed on £2.5 billion in March 2022.

SteriPack provides outsourced design, development, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, sterilization and supply chain services for medical device, diagnostic and pharmaceutical businesses, producing a range of products. The company employs over 650 people from its locations in Ireland, Poland, Malaysia and the US, and has over 100 global clients.

The funding from Inflexion will support the business to continue to scale globally as it benefits from strong market growth and further international expansion opportunities. SteriPack is also well placed to undertake further acquisitions with the support of Inflexion, having acquired New Jersey-based HS Design in February 2021, and Colorado-based Halleck-Willard, Inc in October 2021.
