Inflexion's Commercial Exchange
We recently invited the Commercial leaders from our portfolio to a Commercial Exchange webinar. The event focused on building and implementing a sales training programme to drive high performing sales teams.
The webinar was hosted by Inflexion Assistant Director, Ada Pham, with ValueSelling Associates sharing key strategies and frameworks for building an effective sales training programme, as well as common challenges and critical success factors of sales methodology. Inflexion portfolio company Chambers and Partners, shared how the business has approached value selling and implementation tactics, along with metrics for success. Finally the group discussed the importance of leadership training to embed change. Thank you to all who attended.
