In June we invited the Commercial leaders from our portfolio to a Commercial Exchange webinar. The event was the first of a three-part series which we are holding on salesforce effectiveness with a focus on performance management. This first session focused on the role of the sales manager. During the panel discussion, the speakers touched on recent experiences from across the portfolio. We also heard from Peter Bancroft, an independent consultant and interim exec focusing on commercial transformation for private equity owned B2B businesses. Peter has over 15 years of experience in commercial leadership roles and as senior advisor. We look forward to the next two sessions later this year.
