Commercial call: monetizing new products and services

Inflexion's Director responsible for go-to-market strategies, Maria Orlowski, hosted a call for our portfolio on monetizing new products and services. Maria was joined by global strategy consulting firm Simon-Kucher, who shared best practice, and participants from Inflexion portfolio company Chambers and Partners, who shared their own experiences. 

Innovating and launching new products and services is core to the growth plan of many businesses. Despite everyone’s best intentions, the majority of focus tends to be on designing the product offering with little focus on the commercialization of the new offerings – putting revenue goals and growth at risk. On the call, the group discussed how by putting customer needs, demand and willingness to pay into the process earlier you move from hoping a new product will be monetized to knowing you will.

The call was an opportunity to hear from peers, learn from experts and ask questions.
